Cooperative Juggling

ECN: Session 6 _ Week 2 _ Scenario 8_ Activity 1:
Cooperative Juggling Game
Objective:
To appreciate that through unity of action and coordination it becomes easier to perform even difficult tasks.

Experience:
Through this activity all group members developed their concentration, coordination, communication   level. It teaches us to be more active, to be in action and coordination, to remember the persons to which we've to throw the ball and from which we've to collect the ball. And we can complete the difficult tasks.
They teach new norm: cooperation versus competition. This helps build a positive social climate, which feels safe and enjoyable to children.
Cooperative games teach kindness and fairness and demonstrate the increased productivity of working together rather than against each other. Thus it model peaceful and equitable social interaction needed in the 21st century global community.
We can implement it at Swachhata Abhiyan, all the projects where always communication goes on in a proper way, at equal level. Through this activity students learn many social values enjoy fully.

Adjective Game

ECN : Session 6 – Week 2 - Scenario 7 - Activity 1 :

Adjective Game
Objective:
To enhance unity among the group members by associating and remembering a good quality in each member.

Experience:
We all game members and particularly I like the game. It furnishes our childhood memories.  It increases our memory capacity.  It also expresses the specialty of our name. It was easy as we are playing it from childhood. For my name Suvarna the adjective names are "Sober Suvarna", "Sincere Suvarna" "Sweet Suvarna"……any many more.
I feel associating a good quality to someone is always a good experience.  It results in healthy relationship or friendship with moral values.
If any group member or game member is having an adjective problem then other can help him or can give some suggestions but these are conditional. To complete the task enjoy fully everyone want to be an active participation. Thus it improves cooperation and collaboration quality.
It was a very nice activity. It improves our brain capacity, enjoyment with the moral and ethical values like cooperation, collaboration, enthusiasm, group work (unity) and many more. So it was a very nice experience.

Guard The Treasure Game

ECN:  Session 6 - Week 1 - Scenario 5 - Activity 8:

Guard The Treasure:
Objective:
To experience how difficult life could be without trustworthiness.

Experience :
Students are very well known with the fact that:
"Trustworthy people are respectful. Trustworthy people respect themselves and others, too. Trustworthy people possess good manners and strong values".
During the game students & I experience the following:
Mostly all members got the chance to snatch the treasure. While guarding the treasure obviously we feel that no one should snatch the treasure & we try our best for the same. But when we have to snatch the treasure, we misguide the guarder & try to snatch the treasure when guarder is not noticing us. In both cases, we are happy if successful. If not successful, then tries with other ideas to be successful. In our daily life, we should take care of our own things & should not try to snatch other's property (includes everything).
When your team trusts you as a leader, it increases commitment to team goals. Communication improves, and ideas flow more freely, increasing creativity and productivity. Perhaps most important, in the hands of a trusted leader, employees are more comfortable with change and more willing to embrace a new vision. We all believe that no relationship is successful without trust, without honesty. Self-respect and being trustworthy are the most important things in friendship. An honest with friends stands with you at every stage of life. Trustworthiness and honesty develops positive relationship.

Experience as a Developer and Nurturer of E-Culture :
As an E-Culture Developer and Nurturer I will promote the use of ICT, E-Learning in education. I will try to increase the integrity, communication skills, leadership qualities like problem solving, decision making, fairness, etc.

Sharing The Resources

ECN: Session 6 _Scenario 8_ Activity 1:

Sharing The Paper Game

Objective:
To appreciate that a quality such as sharing when practiced in the family can make life more interesting, can bring more unity, and can stop wastage of resources.

Experience:
This game is very effective for building the moral value - sharing resources in family, in friends & in life. Students shared the details of resources with various examples as -

·           Resources are limited both qualitatively and quantitatively.
o    E.g. Time, Energy, Petrol, Diesel, Water
·           Resources are Useful.
o    E.g. Knowledge & Money.
·           Resources are interrelated and interdependent.
o    E.g. Petrol, Diesel, Water
·           Resources have alternative uses.
o    E.g. Money
·           One resource may be substituted for another.
o    E.g. Side business

Students understands the importance of unity. Families are the most important economic units in society. If family is united then it can overcome any worst circumstances easily & can enjoy together.  And through this game they decided to share all the possible resources in their families so that they can prevent the wastage of resources and can helpful in surviving the environment.

Power of Imagination & Visualization

Session 5 – Week 1 - Scenario 1 - Activity 2 :

Vision game experience:
In general, when we have a task, initially due to our own limitations and boundaries we feel that we cannot do this. But when we try, we can go one step towards the goal  & when we combine the power of visualization and imagination, we can go much more further than our own boundaries.  That means visualization and imagination enables the person to achieve what he thinks is beyond his capacity.
All the participants - we group members and students enjoyed the game and finally concluded that "Creative visualization is a mental technique that uses the imagination to make your goals and dreams come to life. You can improve your life and attract to you success, health and prosperity. It is a power that can:
  • transform your habits into good habits
  • improve your lifestyle
  • create events to take shape
  • attract money and possessions
  • bring you an abundance of work
  • connect you to the right people
  • invite love into your life
  • increase health and happiness."
Creative visualization uses the power of the mind, which is the potential behind every success.
